Lack of professionalism, seemed more interested in expediting my leaving the store than helping me out. The associate refused to take my issue seriously - didn't even run a diagnostic scan. When my SD card drive has been intermittently not working, he said "that doesn't make sense," because it happened to be working when I was in store, despite it not working multiple times at home. I love to support local, but don't waste your time - go downtown.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t do it. They seem great at first but then you can’t get them on the phone for info. Also lots of nickel and dime even if you have a warranty. Why not just use online store if customer service is crap?

Continue to be impressed by this place. Initially annoyed at theoretically having to come back due to Apple's lack of communication, the team in the store took care of me with professionalism and efficiency. Shout out to Stacy!

4 stars for being responsive when I came to the store. 1 star for giving me bad information. I wanted to try on airpods to see how they sound and how the fit. I was told you can't try them on and no place, not even Apple will let you try them on or return them once you buy them "because of health reasons". This is not true. I went to the Apple store, tried them and bought them. I have 2 months to try them and return them if not satisfied.

Very strange cult these people. From the moment I walked in I felt like I should apologize for breathing their air. I told him what I wanted, they laughed, then over quoted me, I then looked around and left and had my work done locally
