I have been using Verizon for years and needed a new phone. I was helped by Nate Ivie who was spectacular. I told him I needed a replacement phone and didn't have much time. He picked out the perfect phone, set it up, loaded my apps and even synched it to my car in about 30 minutes. He listened, got me exactly what I needed and didn't push me. I couldn't have asked for a better transaction. He should teach customer service. Thanks Nate!!

I'm from Idaho falls and our Verizon store is a nightmare to go to. It takes forever to get any help because it's just so busy. We need another one in our town to take some of the traffic. This Verizon store I visited in Boise wasn't busy at all. Great customer service. They got me in and out fast. They also worked past closing to help me out and that was much appreciated since I was on vacation and need my phone desperately.

I have always dreaded getting a new phone...until I came to Verizon for my upgrade. Brian & Leighton are so knowledgeable, personable and pleasant, I will pass this experience on to everyone I know, thank you Verizon!!
