GameStop

My kids used to like this store, but- the staff isn't as nice anymore. They'll tell you that they'll look for something, and then completely forget that you're even there, and they're pretty dismissive when you remind 'em. This has happened TWICE to me, and a few times now to my oldest son...pretty rude. It's not like this is a huge store or anything- how do you just forget someone who's literally 10 feet away? We're not what you'd call demanding people...after waiting 20+ minutes, we walked out, and haven't returned. Also, their used games are rather overpriced. We regret having joined the Power Up Rewards thing- total waste of money. We'll only buy stuff here if we can't find it elsewhere- and frankly, with VIP Games just down the street, and Amazon Prime? We just don't need to darken their doorway.

Recently changed store managers. New manager is awesome. Friendly. They ask the questions required of them but don't press me. I'll be going to this store more often.

It's okay. The worst part of the place is like any other GameStop. Management likes to keep the place understaffed and overworked. Decent selection. Don't expect much for trades.
