Installation Customers Beware: We recently bought a new sink for our kitchen and paid for installation. When Lowe's recommended plumbers (Magic Plumbing) came out, they removed the old sink and then discovered that the new one didn't fit. Magic Plumbing told us they couldn't cut the counter, and they'd come back after WE took care of it! They left us with a hole in the counter and no sink. Lesson Learned: Make sure Lowe's sends someone out to assess your home before sending out the installers!

We went in for some painting supplies, very easy to find and self checkout was quick. We were in and out in less than five minutes. It is hard to make a left out of their parking lot onto overland at the signal so we always go straight and never miss the light.

Continue to be amazed at the customer service here. Everyone is always so willing to help. Returns are really easy especially if you use a My Lowes card (which is free). Rick in paint has always been great to work with. Very knowledgeable. Had a great interaction with young man Jason who was very helpful. I like that many of the folks here have been here for awhile. I appreciate that two people helped me load up as it was a lot of heavy tile

Worst election I've ever seen at a Lowe's. Do not go there if you want to get sprinkler parts. Do not go there if you want to get Landscaping supplies. Do not go there if you want to get electrical supplies. Do not go there if you need a lawn mower blade. Do not go there if you need anything involving a yard. I'm sure their lumber department was terrible though I did not see it. The staff there were disrespectful and don't know where anything is, nor do they carry the knowledge of how to install it. I went in looking for three quarter inch compression rings for poly pipe. Not only were they out of stock of poly pipe compression rings, but the clerk did not know where they were. I had to go and find the location where they were at, and find out that they were out of stock, then the clerk tried to bring me to another aisle and showed me compression rings for 3/4 inch PEX pipe. Which cost $2 a piece. No thank you. Not for sprinkler lines. After all was said and done I was relieved to be in line to check out without the certain parts that I was looking for. However while checking out one of the products I was attempting to purchase did not have a barcode on it. It took them 20 minutes to find the price for that item. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I would make sure you evaluate big purchases before buying. They put returns back on the floor and sell as new. Then blame the faulty product on you missing the peices.
