I just unintentionally did the jerk think and called 10 minutes to close after getting swept up in the new IPhone X hype. Jared D. answered the phone. Not only did he not make me feel bad for calling, he was super helpful in explaining how the upgrade works, what to expect as far as realistic lead times, and even offered a specific time to sit down and navigate the upgrade process. Upgrading a phone is almost like going to the dentist to me, but Jared made this process as enjoyable as I imagine it could have been. It is always good to get a professional that knows his trade on the other end of the line.

Good experience. Didn't really want to switch to sprint but they had good deals. Was a little misunderstood when it came time to trade in the phone and still owed Verizon a few hundred bucks thinking it was going to be totally paid off. So switching actually costed more than I expected. But the deal was good and we like the phones

molly was amazing n she was patient with us n worked out some great deals with her manger. my kids were very pleased with their new phone
