Starbucks

The staff is incredible! I have specific order, “Grande hot English breakfast tea with two pumps vanilla bags on the side.” One morning after stopping by I got to work and noticed I had the wrong order. I called and they said to pop by anytime that day and they’d replace it. I was unable to return that day or the next. Two days later I stopped in again prepared to pay and they remembered my order and offered me one free of charge! I was so impressed. Love overland Starbucks!

What can you NOT like? Ways they get it right- atmosphere x 100= comfort. Clean bathrooms polite staff and friendly cops. Love me a Starbucks. Can I just add a thank you to the staff- “thanks for letting me hang out some days and simply drink water. The life of a commission sales guy is sometimes LEAN and NEVER has somebody given me the eye like “buy something or kick rocks buddy” LOL. Makes my day- and I need that alllll the time 😊

Basic Starbucks, I know that some people don't care for Starbucks I don't mind it. This location is one that I visit on a regular basis. So I can say that it is always clean, people are friendly, and they do a good job overall. I gave it four starts while it is everything you would expect you are never surprised by someone going above and beyond.

Standard Starbucks. They do a pretty good job of handling the large drive thru line. I normally am through the line within five minutes.

It was terrible. I ordered a latte and I think all I got was a cup of hot milk. I only went there for a business meeting. I prefer Dutch Brothers
