It's been several months since I took my scion tc in to get a rattling timing chain looked at and also had broken my passenger side headlight. I can confidently say that Jacky, Barry, and the staff at Velocity know their stuff! My TC ran like new after the timing chain was replaced and Jacky made recommendations on other things that might be better off fixed now than later, but wouldn't go ahead with it unless I gave the OK. Much better than finding a much bigger bill for unexpected additional services I didn't know about or necessarily want! Speaking of, prices are more than fair for the quality of work, which includes the body shop work on replacing my headlight and fixing up the dents in the bumper. Great shop, great staff, and will be going to them for all my automotive needs.

Excellent work and service. I had my rear bumper repainted/refinished. 4 weeks after and it still looks brand new. No cracks or defects. Tracy helped me with my rental, invoicing and kept constant comms with me. Very professional and good turn around times. Thank you!

Great place to take your car for body work. I mention the guy Sunny when I need to refer friends or family. He's a great guy who really goes above and beyond to help you out. He does his best to give deals. Expect most deals needs to be paid in cash!

Bought primed mudguards from Infiniti so I took it over to Velocity to get a quote on how much it would be to get them painted and installed. Best price out of 3 shops I got quoted at so I dropped it off to get them painted that day (Oct 27). Gave them the correct paint code so it matched perfectly, they finished painting by the 30th and the paintjob was perfect. Didn’t have time to come in until today and was installed perfectly in less than half an hour! Very pleased with how it turned out. Thank you Regen, I’ll be coming back in the near future!

Not sure why people give businesses a negative review when they're the ones that have an obvious misunderstanding, these types of reviews should be removed. Regardless, I took my S2000 (05) and got my bumpers painted. They did an excellent job and Barry even offered to fix up my terribly rolled fenders and my lip. I mentioned some instructions for additional minor work and every single item was completed. Communication was excellent with their super friendly staff, I got prompt updates and responses by email and texts. They were recommended by a friend as they do excellent work and they absolutely do, I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend Velocity to anyone looking to get work done on their car. I also want to mention that white is a hard colour to get right sometimes but they matched it beautifully. Thanks a lot Barry and staff!
