From my first encounter with Fineline it was comforting to hear the voice on the other side. Having my first claim and first accident it was a terrible experience but the customer service provided from Fineline was over and beyond. Would definitely recommend this collision place to friends and family. Thank you Laela for everything. You are a blessing and a positive attribute to the company.

Great Quality Repairs. Vehicles are Way Too Complicated these days and people in this industry really try to stay on top & ahead of upcoming new technology. Realty is, We the Consumers (customers) have to understand that time frames and estimates change so rapidly. I get told that my car will be ready at 5 or 6 p.m but all that is needed is a quick scan, and Boom, something came up, scan doesn't clear the code and more parts or labor are necessary and then in turn, more time to complete the job. We see this everyday. Just drive around. People are in such a rush. We have the Highest Expectations. We feel entitled. We Are Spoiled! Take a Breath, Slow Down. It's not the end of the world. I read comments all the time. People who don't get what they want, or expect, Complain. They Make the Most Noise. Next time anyone reads a negative comment, take a second to think. For every one negative one out there, I bet there are 50 or more people that had a excellent experience but just didn't write about it. Thank you.......Mr. Happy

Terrible Experience. They told me my car was ready right after paint. Just touching the newly painted bumper was marring it. I needed to come back. Second time I came back they had left grease or dirt on my seat that I cant get off. Never go here. They charge for premium service but you get less than standard service.

I had an amazing experience at Fineline Collision. They came highly recommended from my insurance company after someone rear ended me. Within 10 seconds of walking in the door I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Within a minute I had a fresh Tim Horton's coffee in my hand, and was sitting in a comfy leather couch in their clean, spacious waiting room. They had already communicated with my insurance adjuster, and my truck was appraised and inspected within 15 minutes. They also arranged for the rental company to pick me up at the door. Quality of work was EXCELLENT. I honestly couldn't find a single blemish. The truck looks *better* than brand new. Paint finish like glass. To top it off, the work was done faster than the 1.5-week timeline they estimated. The final touch, which absolutely blew me away, was THE ENTIRE INTERIOR WAS DETAILED!! It was SO CLEAN. The accident didn't even involve the cab of the truck so this was a very welcome and unexpected surprise. I will be going back there for anything and everything body-related. Don't bother going anywhere else. Thanks to everyone at Fineline for turning an unpleasant car accident into a relaxing, easy, enjoyable experience. You're the best.

worst experience ever! i was recommended to this shop by my insurance as a rely shop! these people first of got my car December 28th however the gave back my car Feb 2nd however there estimated time to be completed the repair was by January 20th... More over when they gave my car back Feb 2nd they said it was missing a part and that they will need me to come back a week after to put that in & it would take 2 hours time to fix that and that i would have to wait there, they wont be able to do a pick up drop off or rental the person that handled my car was DHAR? i believe. The receptionist was really nice her name was venetia. More over the fixed my car however when i went through a car wash my side light and my plate number fell off. When i had brought my car back to get that fixed because it was a "guaranteed" work of life time.. they told me a story that the scrap on the bottom of my car made the light cap loose and it fell off & that there will be a charge to fix it... WORST & COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE WORK. DO NOT GO.
