Jack has 45 years in the industry. With his already lower hourly shop rate, it means you will end up paying a lot less since he is able to complete jobs faster with his experience and expertise. I originally went to another shop recommended by a friend who said my job would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I saw all the great ratings for KKT so thought I would also try here and Jack was able to complete my job in 20 minutes. He even gave me a discount on top of that =) It's tough to find honesty in this industry, but Jack is a stand up guy all around

Jack's attention to details and his knowledge in the business made me a return customer. Honestly nobody wants to visit the auto body shop. But if I have to I will only go back to KKT. Jack explains in detail the work and parts thoroughly and patiently. And the results are excellent. Not only the exterior of the car I got back looked great, even the interior was cleaned and smelled nice.

Jack is a pretty nice guy, very professional in auto painting. Our lexus bumper got skeratched in a hit and run accident, We received a almost brand new vihacle after two days. Also we learned a lot about painting under Jack's introduction. Highly recommanded

In Oct 2017, I was rear-ended; it was my first time dealing with the insurance co., trying to find a bodyshop to take care of my car. The insurance co. recommended another bodyshop with the fear that they wouldn't warranty their non-preferred shops. A co-worker/friend recommended me to Jack's bodyshop; I am so happy that I went to KKT and met Jack; he explained things in detail, provided great advice, worked on my car paying attention to it. He matched my 2012 Mini paint exactly to the replaced part and when I went to pick it up my car looked brand new! His integrity, strong work ethic and overall just being a great human being made the initial negative experience of being in a car accident turn into a positive one; I wish there were more people in the world like him! Back in 2011, my '99 Prelude was looking quite worse for wear and a complete paint job + body work was in order. Jack went above and beyond my previous experience with other shops -- the estimate was fair and completely itemized and it was absolutely worth the price. There is an attention to detail that you very few will bother to take on in this day and age. I still remember when I saw the car afterwards, my jaw literally dropped! The paint helped up remarkably well but in 2014, while parked, someone totally smashed in my hood and took off. A few months later, while parked again, a truck smashed into my fender. You would think I would get a new car at this point but after grabbing some parts cheap I decided to take it back to Jack and he matched the paint to perfection. Recently, as old cars go, things randomly break, and this time it was my driver's side door latch mechanism. It meant I had to get in/out of the car from the passenger side. I called Jack and he was fully booked but took some time on a Saturday morning to see me and got it fixed within an hour. I wanted to pay him for his time but he refused, it's just the kind of guy he is. Class act! Pic is from this summer post-wax.
