Terrible experience with Joe. I brought my car in after Joe quoted it would take 2-4 weeks to repair. The week my car was supposed to be ready, I called him on Monday to make sure it would still be ready by Friday as previously mentioned. He said it wouldn't be ready until the following Wednesday. When I went into his shop the following Tuesday, the parts hadn't even come in yet. He hadn't even STARTED working on the car. I had heard great things about Joe and was eager for my first experience working with him but I was extremely disappointed. He should have communicated the delay with me instead of leaving me waiting until the last possible minute to tell me he was still waiting on several parts to come in. I took my car elsewhere after that.

Joe always treated me like a king. He has been taking care of my three vehicles in at least the last 5 years with very reliable service. Superb jobs at very competitive price. In my last round of visit, I went to 2 other places for quote without telling Joe, his price is almost half as much as the lowest quotes I got. My big thumbs up to him.
