The Technician Paul's inspection was thorough and explained clearly to me what parts need to be replaced. But that is about all the good things I have to say about my experience today at AutoNiche. I called in on the Friday before because I knew my brakes were almost gone and that my tail lights wouldn't turn on. The lady on the phone suggested I get a piece-of-mind inspection before repairing anything so I booked for the next available time which is Tuesday morning. I was also asked if I need their complementary shuttle service, which I definitely need. When I brought in my car on Tuesday morning, they said the shuttle service was not available. I would have had someone pick me up if I knew you don't have the shuttle. So ended up waiting for 2 hours at their waiting area. After the inspection, Paul brought me to my car and showed me one thing other than the brakes that needs to be done. I am happy he fixed the tail light problem by simply replacing a fuse. The inspection service cost $44.95. They filled my windshield washer fluid for any extra $3.81, okay fine I have no problem with that but I could have simply filled it up myself at home. They also charged me $19.97 for the fuse, okay fine I have no problem with that. But my biggest issue is that they even charged me their "professional technical service" labor of $34.44 for changing a fuse. The fuse box is just on top of the dead pedal, how hard was it to access it and change a fuse? Apparently I was told it took them a long time to figure it out. After my disappointing experience, I will not be going back to them for my brake pads and rotor replacement and I will not recommend AutoNiche to anyone I know.

Yesterday was my very first visit as I had to find a new mechanic and I was not disappointed! The staff here is AMAZING as the made me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I walked through the front doors. What I really liked was how after the initial inspection I was shown what the problem was and was told upfront that I was under no obligation to get the work done with them... there was no pressure at all. They also price out everything that needs to be done so you see where the money is going and you agree to the price before anything is done. Price was very reasonable and less than what I was anticipating on spending. They go above and beyond to provide great customer service! They needed to keep my car longer because it would take a little while for a part to come in and offered to drive me home and pick me back up. On top of that they wash your car for free before returning it to you!! Who does that? AutoNiche does that, that's who. I will be recommending them to all friends who say they need a new mechanic or complain about their mechanic and going to them myself from now on... and not just because of the lifetime warranty they gave on some of my parts.

I will never return! Way too expensive, your bill is always double what they claim it will be. You can try to explain it away, the fact remains that I was NOT told nor gave permission to double the “quote”. Since I’ve gone to other mechanics who confirmed I was ripped off, that it was twice the price it should’ve been. The worse part is the way you and your team handled it. I wasn’t even provided proof of a more expensive material had been used. I gave you a chance to make it right at POS but seems like you cared more about the $$$.

I had a tire installation/balance and wheel alignment done. The weights fell off of one of the wheels (probably because they were installed on a very hot day and I drove quite a bit). I let them know and they offered to rebalance the wheel at no cost. Definitely good customer service. I'll definitely be coming back for regular maintenance.

I have had allot of stuff done here over the last few years, including getting new tires, breaks, spark plugs, ignition coils, battery replacement, and winter tire changeover for my 2010 Audi A4. It's been very reliable, quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Its my go to place for reliable car related stuff. Highly recommend.
