Master Mechanic Markham-Markville

This specific Master mechanic has exceeded my expectations. My boyfriend and I have just moved to Markham this past September and were on the hunt for a new mechanic. After trying other shops in Markham and being extremely disappointed on the service and prices we found, we decided to try master mechanic as the reviews were all very positive and now Joe and his team have now become our regular mechanics, they offer more than fair prices and even went above and beyond for me on several occasions. Joe and one of his coworkers even stayed a half hour late for me after close on a Friday in order to get my car back to me before they closed for the weekend after working on it all day long. Joe and his team are genuinely concerned about the safety and satisfaction of their customers and it shows with all of the pride they put into their work. 10/10 would recommend to anybody who wants work done or even regular maintenance done properly and by mechanics who are strongly passionate about their work. I have never been to a mechanic that didn't take advantage of the fact that I am a younger female that knows next to nothing about cars but this shop has completely changed my perspective. I can't thank Joe and his team enough for all that they've done for us and our cars.

The team at this location is great! Joe the owner is a knowledgeable, empathetic and fair businessmen. After my engine conked out on me on the highway, I was quoted repairs at the dealership in excess of $3500. Took it over to Master Mechanic and they fixed my engine for $750. I highly recommend and will return for future service.

Good mechanic to deal with. I found the service good, but the prices are a bit higher than I had expected for tire service and alignment. Also, one of my hatch struts strangely became snapped in half while in possession of Master Mechanic, but they replaced it for just the part cost. Overall, good service from Joe and June.

Having only been to this location once for a minor checkup, I was very happy with my recent October 2016 visit. The owner Joe was very friendly and understanding. He was very honest with me when he looked at my vehicle and even showed me what was wrong. Took the time to explain before all repairs were done. Overall, I was very pleased and plan to visit this shop again. The Extra mile experience I received made it worth while to come back. Thank you very much.

The staff at Master Mechanic are wonderful. They ensure you are informed on what the vehicle needs, and they allow you to make an informed decision on how to proceed. They have never try to to sell services that are not necessary and on more than one occasion have gone the extra mile to repair my vehicle at a reasonable cost. I am very comfortable taking my vehicle here and know it is in great hands. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, reasonably priced repairs!
