As much as I'm saddened by our Roxy's passing I had to write a review about the kindness and effort that Alta Vista Animal hospital expressed into her care. They went above and beyond in accommodating our needs made it easy for our children and family to deal with and reception S.H. is some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure in dealing with not to mention the vets behind the scenes like Veronica taking the time to explain things in detail and made an impossible time not as difficult as anticipated. With that being said I would like to reiterate my appreciation for S.H. because she truly made this trying moment feel like a load of stress was removed from us by putting time and effort in allowing us to not only grieve the process but allowed us to do it the way we needed it to be done. Thanks again as we are forever grateful.
Amazing, professional and caring service. I have been coming here with my 2 cats for about 2 years. Recently I rescued a stray cat and brought him in for a check up and examination.nI was so pleased with the thorough appointment and the explanation of tests and vaccines. The staff were all so helpful and patient.nOur appointment went well and I left feeling informed and the kitty was cared for.nThe follow-up was great as well as I received a call from the Dr. About 10 days later to give me the test results.nI totally recommend this animal hospital.
We have been taking our 3 month old golden retriever here for the last few months and the staff have been nothing short of amazing. They love having our puppy Gus there and take care of him as their own. We love coming here for all our veterinary needs. 10/10 recommend without a doubt! Keep it up guys!
The Vet and the staff were are so nice, friendly and understanding at a time when I was beside myself with worry about my little dog who was deathly ill.They took such good care of her. They quickly started treatment to stabilize her until she could have surgery. And her incision barely shows. I love the staff at Alta Vista Animal Hospital!nnMy Molly is doing very well now.nI checked her incision a few times a day. It stayed clean and healed quickly. The baby onesies that the Vet suggested kept the incision clean and prevent her from scratching.nnI would like to take this opportunity to again thank Dr. Parsons for the wonderful job she did for my Molly and the great girls at the front desk for how kind they were to me. I will be forever grateful to them all.nMolly is on the left.
Taking your best friend to the emergency vet is something you hope you never have to do, but thank goodness they are here when you need it. The staff were so kind to me and my sweet boy, from the first call to the final check-in. While I waited I watched the staff deal with non-stop calls and issues, yet they were patient, kind and supportive in every interaction. Unfortunately we received the worst news, but the vet presented it gently and thoroughly, so we could understand every option. They made sure my boy was comfortable and pain-free for the last week of his life, allowing us just a bit more time together that I will always cherish. Thank you for all you do and for taking care of Beau, it takes a special person to work in your line and you are so appreciated.
