Great experience with the Bank Street Animal Hospital. We brought our 7 year old cat in because he was having trouble urinating. Dr. Parker was very knowledgeable, explained all possible scenarios to us patiently, and walked us through the next steps. When we were finally able to bring our cat home, we got daily phone calls from Dr. Parker and the staff to ask how he was doing and to answer any questions or concerns. The staff are always very friendly with us and always very gentle and loving towards our pet. I would highly recommend.

Amazing staff from the doctors to the technicians to the receptionists! Very reasonably priced with excellent services.

The service and staff at Bank Street are exemplary. From the speedy service to their amazing technicians, they really take the time to give your  pet the care that it deserves. I especially loved my experience with Dr. Parker. One of the most compassionate and attentive veterinarians I have come across. I would recommend her to anyone that attends this great clinic.

The staff are rude. The vets do not care about the animals. They need to be either shut down or new managment. Your supposed to care about your costumers. Dog and owner. These people do not. They over chagred me by 250$  and then had three people come to the front desk to belittle me and put me down ans tell me they dont care what i was told previously they want all my cash or i cant have MY DOGS?  These people are very unprofessional and are money hungry.

I love this vet clinic! The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable and always make me feel welcomed. The veterinarians are kind and understanding, always willing to go the extra mile for patient care. They offer so much, including behaviour consultations nutritional advice and exotic pet care. They always give me a call a couple days after my appointments just to see how my pet is doing, which is just nice and I really appreciate it. No complaints here, very happy with Bank Street Animal hospital.
