Only been a few times but staff was friendly and patient. Vet was very thorough during examination and honest. Giving multiple treatment options.

Convenient location, good customer service. 
I order my cat's food from here. Although they once forgot to notify me when my order was in they were very nice about it when I called them and promptly made sure that I got the food

I post this review at the Prince of Wales Animal Hospital as the same "Dr." who managed to misdiagnose our Sheltie and kill him works at this location as well.  Stay away and take your pet anywhere but here if you want quality care

I am very satisfied with the treatment and the attention that my cats are getting there. I would certainly recommend this hospital to every pet owner.  They make you feel that their main concern is your pet's well-being, which is very important to me to feel it.  I am taking my three cats there, one of my favorite doctors is Dr. Robinson.  Doctors, nurses, technicians in general are very compassionate.
