Valérie Chartrand is the founder of VC Gym. Rockland is her hometown. She grew up playing sports. She learned the javelin throw while in high school. She’s now ranked 28th in Canada. Valerie also coaches the throws at L’Escale every year. Finally she’s a successful personal trainer.
