9ROUND Orleans

I participated in the 6 week challenge at 9 rounds and what a difference 6 weeks can make! The staff are awesome and the meal plans they provide work extremely well! The support group that you get to be a part of is so positive and definitely helps keep you on track! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to change there life for the better and live a healthier lifestyle in their future! You guys rock!

I did the 6 week challenge with 9 rounds and loved it! I lost 3 percent body fat and 10 lbs. The workouts are great and so much fun. The trainers are always there to help, full of energy and committed to helping you reach your goal. I recommend this gym to everyone!

Between working shifts and kids I let my weight and health get away from me. I join 9 round gym 6 weeks ago and they helped me get back in shape in 6 weeks I lost 31.1 lbs and I am down to 13% body fat. Best of all I have lots of energy and feel great. Thanks to the trainers especially Laura who is there every morning of the week to help kick my butt and start my days right.

I can't do regular gyms. I get bored within 10 minutes and there's no motivation. Last month I saw an ad on Facebook regarding 9 rounds Orleans. I looked into it. With my work schedule, I can't go to specifically timed classes. But at 9 rounds, there's no timed classes PLUS you never have to wait to get started PLUS it's only 30 minutes. The trainers are awesome and fun. And the results? I lost 20lbs in my first 4 weeks. And no I'm NOT starving myself. I just eat right and go to 9 rounds 3 times a week. You just can't go wrong!

From day 1 I’ve had nothing but support, fun and encouragement! The trainers are awesome and push you even when you think you have nothing left. After my first 3 weeks, I lost weight and developed crazy muscle definition! I’m a lifer! Thanks Todd and Emily!
