I found the space very welcoming and without judgement regardless of previous experience, ability, body type etc.  I love the way you can buy a block of classes to be used when convenient and on any style of class.  No worries about missing weeks and losing out on classes.  There are many time slots and yoga styles to choose from too!

Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended. Many services offered and I feel welcomed every time I go. And last but not least, I really like the fact your sessions you purchase never expire :-)

Hatha Yoga with Christine is so relaxing and flowing. You get a good workout and learn to work on different parts of your body in each class. Adjustments for all your weak spots. Try it!
