Russell Township Sports Dome

Extremely well maintained and run athletic dome. This dome has so many options with the turf field small for 11 v 11, 3 lane track ~250m on outside lap, tennis/badminton/pickleball court and a workout machines/weights area. The viewing area is small but versatile and an additional "meeting" room can be used. Washrooms/changerooms, and the whole facility, are kept very clean. The strong no outside boots policy helps, and aided by the plentiful shoe racks, chairs to use or boot covers.

Russell Dome is a beautiful facility! A group of us have been going for a couple of months now to rent a portion of the field, and we're all so pleased with this spot. Laure-Anne was manning the place tonight and she was super sweet! Smiling and welcoming when we came in. She was prompt and made sure we got the field at the time we booked. It's always very clean from the bathrooms to the front entrance where they keep up with the mopping so no soggy feet when you take your boots off. They are always very accommodating. The parking lot is always plowed and the walkways salted. Thank you so much it's definitely our go to place!

Some of the gym equipment is broken with a temporary out of order sign on them. That’s been there for several months. Maybe some of us have a different definition of temporary but considering the price they charge to be a member it should be fixed much faster. Weekend hours are terrible who closes a gym at 4 PM?

Great place. Rented for an hour needed a rule reminder but once we knew all the rules we had a great time. Will be going back:

Really nice state of the art facility really nice and well maintained equipment just wish the gym was open from like 5:00 am to midnight the weekend hours aren’t the greatest

Nice place to run for myself. I can already see some regulars and its nice. Ac 100%.the staff is really nice they are fast to greet you. But when I leave and I say thank you have a good afternoon or night. I expect them to say it back n not stare n not respond. Threw me off a bit. That is the only reason its not a 5/5.

A lot of thought was put in the planning of this great complex. I'm very impressed. The price is reasonable, the place is extremely clean and brilliantly organized. Hats off to those involved in making this happen. Now all we need is a nice public swimming pool.
