I've been training with them for over 6 years now and it was the best decision I made! At first, I was shy but the staff is amazing and make you feel like you're part of their family and always there to help you! It's the best therapy in the world!!

I been training at 100% ma for the last 5 years (Jiu-Jitsu & BJJ). Very friendly and highly knowledgeable instructors in their art. No matter the age group everyone is always welcome with a positive attitude. Training Jui-Jitsu helped me improve my confidence is all aspect of my life. I highly recommend!

My experience at 100% Martial Arts has been nothing but awesome. Regardless of your level of fitness or skill you should come in and try at least one class. There are amazing instructors who take their time with you and break every position you learn down with great detail. For those who are looking for an authentic, challenging, and rewarding martial arts experience this is the place to be. With 100% Martial arts you can expect to get fit, learn legitimate skills, and also be a part of an awesome community of people.

The team at 100% is incredibly passionate and highly knowledgable about not only multiple forms of the practice of martial arts, but also overall health and fitness. They have a holistic and comprehensive approach that is definitely unique in the industry. Furthermore, they have created a supportive environment for their members that fosters confidence, trust and feels like family! Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn new skills, get in shape, improve their movement, build confidence and make really great friendships!
