Drove 300km one way to trade vehicle. They didn't disclose that there was an odor so strong in the vehicle that it caused me headaches during the test drive. Definitely will never trust this dealership again.

I would like to thank Justin Vandermeer and all his staff for an excellent buying experince on our new Toyota. The purchasing process was seamless. The staff was very professional. We purchased our Toyota sight unseen as we are from out of town. The vehicle was exactly as it was described. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Justin and his staff! I highly recommend Vandermeer Toyota to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I meant to write this a few months back -One of the best Dealerships I have ever been to. I have had a Toyota vehicle for 25 years. I drive across the province for work so I upgrade on a regular basis and have been to many locations. I had a first time internal computer issue on my 2014 Rav4, and the Service Department at Vandermeer Toyota went above and beyond to help me and got the problem fixed. Every area of this dealership is so friendly and helpful. I look forward to getting all future vehicles from this location. I am 5 minutes from a Toyota dealership in town, but I will drive the 30 minutes to Vandermeer because they really do appreciate their customers. Thank you.
