As a small business owner with several work vehicles and trailers it’s great to have NTC around to count on. Quick, efficient, and reasonable prices. I’ve gotten to know these guys on a first name basis over the last few years and they always go above and beyond for me for both personal use and business.

I went with a problem with a malfunctioning left directional. It was diagnosed, a part ordered, part installed and it didn't fix the problem. I was billed $290.87 for the part that didn't fix the problem as well as the labour. I would have been fine to pay for labour but obviously the mechanic misdiagnosed the problem. As a female senior 69 years ago I rely on the advice given. I don't know anything about cars. The previous owner would have fixed the problem to the customers satisfaction. I feel totally gouged and financially taken advantage of.

I hit a giant pot hole on the 401, and this happened to be one of the closest tire places to where I was. I wanted to get my car checked out after hitting it just to make sure it was ok to continue my long drive. They were super nice and helpful here. They hammered my rim back into place for me for free. They also said I could give them a call if I had any questions or needed anything. Would definitely recommend. If I lived closer, this would be my go to place.

Be mindful that they do not stick to their appointment times.  Made an appointment for 130pm for an oil change. When I got there, they said that it may be over 2 hours because my car won’t be able to get in right away.  I do not know the quality of their service as I did not have time to wait around.

Fantastic treatment, very inexpensive repair and no up- selling pressure.

Trailer tire blown at Port Hope, ON pipeline truck stop. Called them and was told 2 guys r already out for service call. I asked if I could bring my trailer there. Was told mo need as one of their guys can do it on the way back with no extra service call charge.  $200 for retread plus $100 install. They will take your credit card number and service mechanic won't provide any reciept. You will be surprised with bill that comes in your email with extra service charge and more hidden charges comes out quarter to $600. Be aware , ask them exact charges before getting work done here other there's going to be surprises in bill.

Bought a set of winter tires and had them installed on November 4th, just in time for the first winter storm of the year. My appointment was for 9.00 AM.... I was on my way by 9.30. Fantastic service. BTW....the tires are great!
