The last car I bought was from this dealership. The sales force is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. The service department is beyond words. They have help me on several occasions when I had very small minor questions or problems. They are patient and knowledgeable and never made me feel like I was bothering them. The mechanics are friendly experts in their field. This place makes you feel like you are part of their family. Terrific people, terrific place.
I am always treated with care and good humour. The work on the car has always been excellent. Waiting in the building is also pleasant because of the opportunity for a fancy coffee, quiet reading time and the washrooms are spotless. All in all, couldn't be better!
We worked with Andrew and from the first time we went to look there we were treated with respect. I have owned a few cars - first time owning a Honda and this experience was night and day from other dealerships. We do have a local dealership but we drove the extra way and purchased from Cobourg due to how we were treated. The car itself is fantastic but this dealership is worth the drive. There are many Honda dealerships, make sure you buy from one that treats you right from the start! Thank you Andrew and Kyle for your professionalism.
Have been dealing with Cobourg Honda for the last 6 years. Not once was I dissatisfied with their service. Chris Gadon, Sales Manager, is professional in every aspect of customer service. In 2019, I relocated and there is no dealership in my area that comes close to providing the service delivery for which I am accustomed to receive at Cobourg Honda. Even though I am now driving close to 300kmone way, I will continue to commute as I fully trust their knowledge of products. Their level of professionalism is outstanding.
Very easy process to purchase a high quality used Honda Civic. Good value on my trade, and the dealership was thorough and delivered on what was agreed upon. The sales representative, Andrew was very easy to deal with, timely in responses and made the process seamless. Highly recommend.

My 2023 Honda CRV arrived 3 weeks ahead of schedule . Outstanding staff and client service. Cobourg Honda substantially beat my trade in value price that West City Honda Belleville offered. It was well worth the drive to Cobourg. I recommend Cobourg Honda for a fair deal on a trade .
Tires were changed in a timely manner while I waited and I was offered a spare desk to work at which was really helpful. Everyone is always friendly.
Cobourg Honda refused to sell me a vehicle because I don’t live in Cobourg. I live 2 hours away, same province. The reason is they can’t take my money for the next 10 years, with their 10% finance rate and $150/hour labour. Why list vehicle on Honda Canada website if you only plan to sell locally? Avoid this crooked dealership.
