Overall the Service was good. It took the technician about an hour and a half to install the new windshield. He did a great job and the interior was left clean. I think the front desk could have done a better job of communicating progress, as I did not hear a word until he wanted to see my ownership for the car end of job. Just as I sidebar, Speedy needs to pay a cleaning service to dust and clean the front waiting room.

This Speedy Glass location is EXCEPTIONAL!  The owner was able to give me a booking SAME DAY to ensure my stone chip did not spread with the cold weather approaching.  Was quick, friendly and will definitely be back for all my families window repair needs for our cars!   They worked directly with our Fleet company to get approval!  Owner and staff are OUTSTANDING! The staff at this location are excellent and very helpful! I've used other locations in Durham before and by far Cobourg provided the best customer service experience. I called and theybooked me in the next morning, encouraged me to go through my insurance as it doesn't impact the rate I called my insurance company and confirmed no rate would be impacted for a windshield claim. My appointment was for 8:00 a.m., and they brought my car in right away! They immediately began working on it and within a little over 45 minutes, they were done. The place was clean, had no offensive smells, everyone was kind and polite dressed appropriately and acting very professional! At the end of it I was given a surprise that I did not expect. Overall the service was good. The new windshield looks good. The only issue was that they broke the plastic piece between the hood and the windshield near where the wipers sit. There was no mention of this when they returned the vehicle to me, now I am left with a small hole that snow will get into.

Brought my car to have a chip filled. About two days later, when I got in my car in the morning the crack had spread to about 5 inches. Brought it back in and now the whole windshield needs to be replaced and all they can do is take off the price of the initial repair. If the crack had been repaired properly to begin with, there would be no need for a new windshield.
