Ryan and his team are great! They have done lots of work to my vehicles and would recommend them to anyone who needs a good local shop.

I've used this Goodyear a few times in the past and the service has been average to good. Today I am writing my first poor performance review because of the service. I walked in and asked for 2 tires mounted on rims to be taken off the rims and one mounted back on a rim. As I had worked at and managed this Goodyear 30 years ago I know it would take about 15 minutes, being 11am on a Saturday the service writer stopped taking to the technician and told me they were only open until 2pm and couldn't guarantee they could have it done for me. I said that wasn't OK as I needed to take the mounted tire with me and his response was. Sorry guess I can't help you. As I was walking out they started chuckling. So this is my first poor performance review

I have 08 BMW 335 and my drive belt was broken. They are fast and kind. Price is better than Toronto. Perfect work and completely satisfied. The best!!!

This place is beyond compare in the customer service department. They could teach a master class in it. My wife and I live in Toronto and drive both of our cars to Cobourg twice a year for our summer/snow tires. Hey Toronto...you could take a page from Ryan and his team.

Had a problem as I was travelling on the hwy...stopped in and asked Ryan if he could a quick look. I was very impressed with his quick response and testing. They figured it out immediately and so quick. This was my first time here and these guys treated me and my family courteously and with respect. I highly recommend these mechanics as they are truly skilled pros. Thanks a million Ryan and team!!
