Complete rip off. 900.00 dollars for back brakes on a Mazda 3. Total gouge job. Stay away.

If you ever come across car problems on the 401 from Grafton to Port Hope, I would highly recommend you call Jim's auto.  That was my family's (Husband, and 13 month daughter) situation last Friday when our car overheated just after Grafton.  Jim's Auto turned a terrible situation to a minor bump on our road trip by providing a human touch.  They prioritized our service and tested their fixes multiple times.  All in all Jim's auto helped limiting this experience to a 2 hour and 16 minute delay with a bill much lower then anticipated.  Highly recommended.

My family has tried many of the local auto repair shops and this is our favorite. They aren't salesmen, just good old mechanics that will get the job done at the lowest cost to you.
