Staff are friendly, branch is well maintained but can be crowded if there is a line. Teller service is friendly but can be slow. Bank machines are usually in service and feel clean and secure after hours.

I hate how Vancity website doesn't provide the main number of each branch. In order to call a branch, I need to call the main customer service which is waiting time of 15 minutes. And main customer service doesn't know what is going on in the branch  so it takes 1 hr just to get hold of someone in a branch. Su h inconvenient and efficient service
