CIBC Branch & ATM

CIBC in general is absolutely my favorite bank because of the user friendly and smooth banking services on mobile app , online banking and branch operations. I have two accounts with the other Canadian banks as well but my highest priority and the full satisfaction vote goes to CIBC . The branch on Sixth street also is one of the best in customer service !

Errors on my account were so regular that I had to seek help from Ottawa to get the errors corrected and to get my money back. I know each business, bank or otherwise, has some great and not so great employees, but this branch has really gone off the rails. You really need to check your statements thoroughly. I wish there was an alternative to banks, if you know one - please tell me!!!

Went in to TD to open an account and had to wait 2 hours to finally have the client rep to be rude. Came here and the client rep saw me immediately, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I also received a letter from the manager in the mail a couple months later thanking me for joining. Pretty great, will move my financials here in the coming months.

Usually not too busy. Fast and easy access to my safe deposit box. Although it's not related to this branch, I don't like that CIBC has raised the minimum balance for no fee chequing. I'm now paying about $4 per month for that.

excellent customer service , as soon as i entered the bank a gentleman came and asked me what i needed and took me to the financial advisor angeline she was very calm and helpful made my transaction easy and fast
