Will most likely be switching to TD before the end of the year. This branch has very poor customer service, long lines and wait times. My home branch in Coquitlam was much better. I would expect better service from management as a customer who has done personal and business banking with BMO for many years.

Worse customer service ever, every time I visit them to withdrawal money, they keep asking lot of questions for no reason just because they are racist, 
I closed my account today, and I would never deal with BMO bank ever
