Excellent customer service. From what I observed, all the staff are friendly and efficient. As mentioned in other reviews, this is a very busy location. So be prepared for a wait if you want to see a teller. Besides the wait, this is a great location. In fact, grab a coffee at Starbucks or Tim Hortons across the street to help ease the waiting.

Worst customer service . Went in to deposit a cheque with my IDs ready and the tellers said it is not mine and did not try to verify by any other way . And I was able to get the job done in a different branch with out a problem. Worst branch of TD I've been to .

horrible customer service never been line up like that long in other banks like in TD new west I went there to get mortgage there but just after getting horrible service at the teller line, decided not to even book an appointment with them at all!!!! really bad!!

It's a bank! Just worse. Used them since I was a kid and hating them more everyday. Most recently (and specific to this location) I wait in line for an hour to be told I was now 20 minutes late to start opening a new account after being told on the phone no appointments are required just make it by close. Just one of many reasons I'm not considering them for my mortgage.
