Went in because I saw they had a chequing account offer. The teller said my middle name as my first name three times, which usually I don't mind but she was clearly making absolutely no effort to correct herself. I told her I wanted the account and asked "Is it only online or can I do it here too?". She replied "Yes I'll see it anyone is available". She then had me sit down with one of the guys in the back to set the account up. After 30 minutes of being there, he told me that it was only an online offer. Wasted 30 minutes of my day because of bad teller with poor customer service skills. I'll go to another bank that cares about my money.

I must say, I am surprised at many of the negative comments about this branch. I have been a client for over 4 years and have never had anything but the finest service from all at this bank, manager, financial advisors, cashiers etc. They have handled every problem I have had with efficiency and understanding. I have kept this branch despite moving to Deep Cove because with Internet banking I don't need my branch across the street. Most of the staff still remember me and greet me personally. I had a credit card problem last week, mentioned it to the cashier, she made me an immediate appointment with Bal Dhariwal who spent a half hour sorting everything out and getting me the exact credit instument that I was having trouble with...... And just let me add that I am no rich guy with investments, no, I am just an old man on a tiny pension. For me this has been the best service and the best branch of any bank I have ever dealt with.......
