RBC Royal Bank

I have been a frequent customer for several years. I know majority of them and I can say that they are friendly and professionals. I never had an issue left unsolved. I always left their place happy. They are doing their best and I am very happy to say that they are goooooooood. I have seen all kind of people acting strange, and their stuff were very kind and professional. I admire them as for them is not an easy job to handle all kind of people every day. I have respect and appreciation for them together with their manager Vick.

I simply wonder why this branch still exists. It's literally impossible to do anything apart from withdrawing money or checking balance account, both could be easily done with ATM. Wanna open another account? You'll need to wait for a week, as they don't have available specialists. Wanna transfer money to investment account? Sorry, another week. Need to do a complex transaction... well, you already know the response. Useless.

Every time I go to this location I leave regretting it, why didn’t I just asked by phone with the 50+ wait time, no one seems to know pretty much anything about how bank accounts work. A worker named Candace was also kind of rude.

Was in the branch today and was helped by a woman named Candace. Have to say that this was the most pleasant customer service I’ve had in many years! Candace is very good at her job.

Best Service Rep. Candace is always willing to help me with all my banking needs. I specifically wait for her because of her professionalism and attention to detail. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks so much for everything Candace.
