Staff members left an entire lower portion endrack of metal hangers without items on it. See picture My partner walked past and struck her leg on it and injured themselves.nnAsked for the manager on duty and was greeted by Lauren who opened the conversation with “who, this guy???” - In response the associate notifying them that I asking for a manager to report an injury.nnUnprofessional attitude and result, staff or useless security didn’t want to file an incident report for the injury within the store, not even an apology.

I usually enjoy value villages but the location on Hespeler road had a security guard that has issues, I always spend money when I go here and I don't steal but the security guard one day stopped me and said that I had signed paper work stating that I wouldn't come back into the property which isn't true he kept harassing me so I left but besides that location because of the rude security value villages can be great!

This location smelled just like every other value village but with a special little something added in. You know the smell of previously worn dungarees and hard covered books read once. Well there was a noticeable air of hope mixed in with the melange of odors that comes from abandoned outfits never realized. The jewelry counter at this location had some real gemsmetaphorically speaking and I plan to return.

I hope you don't pay for those staff members collecting donations outside. All they do is stand around and flirt with each other, leaving donators to unload their own vehicles. No coupon presented. Bins were overflowing. I'll be taking my donations elsewhere from now on. This was Saturday at approximately 2:30 PM.

Value Village sells literal GARBAGE now. I'm not even mad, nor surprised at this point. I'm tempted to donate last night's dinner next visit. Save space in my waste bin
