My amazing and kind mother spent 130$ at this store we always go to bluenotes we love bluenotes the quality of the clothes is 👌🏼. Sadly we are never coming back here or any bluenotes thanks to the cashier who had my mom cry after spending 130$ out of her pocket!! Her attitude was terrible, jeans were put on a 10$ sale rack where there was multiple other of the same jeans & my mom asked why they weren’t 10$ & instantly the cashier responded with attitude, my mom tried giving a 100$ bill & she rudely gave it back & went & grabbed a sign that was no where to be seen around the store that said they didn’t accept, which is very understandable. My mom asked the cashier if her name would be on the receipt & she said no my mom then asked what her name was & she said “I’m not giving it to you”. There were multiple other customers that seen how unfair my mother was treated. This girl had ‘ombre’ hair Black & blonde, she doesn’t deserve to have this job!!!!!

Had to just quickly pick something up and drove from Kitchener. Closed doors in our face 5 minutes before actual closing time. Terrible.
