La Senza Express

I am so disappointed from this store. As their product’s quality was fine but their prices were so high. I decided to buy one bra but its band size wasn’t proper so a girl, who was assisting me gave me a bra extender which is just unpractical. After roaming around i got more good stuff from other store. At last i decided to return that bra and its cost was $37.99 but she refund me only $27.99 which means she keep my $10 for no reason. This store is disgusting, i would recommend others store rather than this one. I hope it will work for others.

Rebekah was phenomenal in finding me my favourites in all the right sizes during the Black Friday sale. I came away very happy with lots of beautiful lingerie to wear. I would definitely go back.

I am so far from disappointed at this location. Yesterday I had worked all day and didn't finish work till 9 at night I work inside of the mall so I had a little bit of a Time Gap to go pick out an outfit for my 7th year valentine and first-year engaged. I had walked in originally just getting a little set but the girl has convinced me that it was a special time and that I should go all out for my man. So I said sure why not I don't have a lot of money but it was a special occasion and I figured that's a once-in-a-lifetime and I might as well spend the money if I want to make a night to remember. All in all I ended up spending exactly $215 on something that I wasn't 100% sold on I had told the girl that there was a possibility that nothing could happen and then I might not even use the clothing because it had been an extremely long day at work and that the outfit wasn't really a me thing I think I was thinking more fantasy vs reality and I didn't like it as much as I thought when I had gotten home she told me that if I became indecisive about anything as long as nothing was opened or used specifically that I will be completely okay to return everything if I decided I didn't want it because it would be a one-time use and I'd probably never use again. She tried convincing me into getting more underwear versus just getting the one that I wanted and I completely gave in. So for the set obviously you need a bra when I had gotten home and started to unpack everything I started to realize something was missing and the bra was missing I would have the set she completely didn't even charge me or even put it inside of the bag she must have put it on the counter and completely forgot about this. I am extremely uncomfortable being too open and there was no way in hell that I was going to wear just the bottom piece of without a bra. I suffer from a lot of body issues so this was a very uncomfortable moment for me and it was an embarrassing moment the hype of having all of that stuff and I'm feeling so embarrassed and uncomfortable that you didn't even want to put a single piece on. I called this morning and spoke to the manager and told her I understand that the girl was doing her job and things and mistakes can happen but this was Valentine's Day in out of all days this wasn't the moment to do that and she knew that it was a special anniversary for me as well. The manager last at what I had said did not even apologized and basically told me that if anything is slightly open she will not take it back no matter what. I was extremely upset and wasn't sure what to do so I asked her for head offices number and I'm not an idiot she gave me customer service's number not head office. So I called the Fairview location and I spoke to a girl and she was completely amazing and helpful and completely apologetic for what the other store had done she gave me the proper name and number for head office and gave me her name as well and told me that that's not allowed at all for what had happened to me be aware that the service at this location and the Cambridge Center is absolutely disgusting

I had an awesome experience at this location! The young girl helping me was super friendly and checked on me frequently to make sure I was finding everything OK! I LOVE La Senza, they are my go to shop for any and everything sexy!! Thanks again for another great time

All of the ladies were so kind and provided amazing service during my most recent visit. However Monique really helped me out and went above and beyond, and made me feel appreciated while I was there!

Day after boxing day and only 2 people were working. They were out of stock of a lot of items. Also the one woman on cash was really slow and kept trying to sell a membership instead of dealing with rhe lage line.

Monique is amazing!!! Super helpful and made the trip so much better than it usually is. Looking forward to coming back and getting her opinions :

Customer service is non existent. The employees are more interested in socializing than assisting. Next time I'll save my self aggravation and order online.

What an amazing shopping experience I had today. Monique was beyond amazing, as well as the other staff. 100% recommend.

Makes me look every time I walk by. Wish My wife would lose 50 lbs. Wish I could buy for her but that will never happen.
