I give 2 stars because they have pretty nice products and a good selection. As for the service, absolutely horrible. I was there several weeks ago to get dress shirts for my buddies wedding party. I waited forever at the store to pick them up and it seemed like the whole store didn't know what was going on... very unorganized. I know that the groom was more upset then I was and he is definitely not going there again.
