It is nice to know that we are allowed not only donate normal clothes and things, but also- drop off some super old clothes for recycling at this place. Thank you! Update: the books section is nice, especially textbooks, like Canadian Curriculum series

It’s a nice place to go thrifting with friends. There were so many memories there, like someone gave in a literal trophy and wedding dress. Would recommend for fun

Dropped off many donations but 2nd January the guy was working out back accepting donations was extremely friendly. The store inside was tidy but durning Halloween I was disappointed in the lack of items new and used.

Good place to get good things at foot price. You can also donate the clothing, shoe or anything you have and in return you can get 20% off voucher to apply on your next shopping at value village. Found many unique stuff there. Must visit.

Management needs direction on how to treat/speak to people. I have witnessed staff being spoken to in an ill manner previously but, the manager Penny screaming at a customer today was despicable. The customer tried to have a conversation and Penny acted like a child having a tantrum and turned her back from the man. As a business owner, i would not want that attitude repensenting my company. The prices are appalling enough, the workers-specifically head of operations should be kinder to people shopping there. If it wasn't for people browsing through the garbage, ungrateful employees like Penny wouldn't have a Job.
