Boxing Day had limited supply of stuff. Lots of shelves were bare. Was not totally empty by any means, just with a big store like this and seeing several sections empty, it was a shock.

Good store. They’ve got everything most of the time. Our kids love this store. Things become a bit chaotic around major seasonal sales and discounts events: expect long queues and low stock on hot items. Staff is very helpful.

Do not shop here, the service is terrible. They never gave me a receipt with my purchase and refused to print one out for me. Head office did nothing as well. They said they can’t reissue receipts for refunds but they never gave me one which makes no sense. Horrible customer service as well in store. Suggest shopping at Walmart or amazon. Avoid this store.

I am a first time mom and had no idea what stroller or car seat I needed. The associate Karissa in the baby’s department was so helpful narrowing down all my needs and wants. She was so thoughtful. She went above and beyond by showing us the adaptor for the stroller on the internet. Toys r us need more associates like Karissa because she was genuine and so helpful!

Great customer service! The place is like heaven for kids with the variety of toys. It is also great for nostalgic adults/parents! Nice to see smiling employees who are willing to help all the time. It is the only store I ever walked into that made me want to shop at it instead of using amazon.nnDakoda is really nice and his fellow employees are as well. You, and employees like you are the reason why we do not purchase the items online and prefer to go to Toys R Us in person to get them.nWe wanted a chair which was out of stock, and Dakoda went above and beyond to find us one at anothet location and put it on hold for us.
