UniFirst Uniform Services - Ottawa

We have been receiving service from UniFirst for the past 3 years for our uniforms, rags, and carpets. They have been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to any business. They are always knowledgeable about their products, competitively priced, and efficient. They have time-and-again proven that they are focused on the quality of their service, and how best to address our needs; rather than their own sales sheet. When ordering new garments that need to be prepared, they always deliver the products quickly and correctly. Our delivery driver, Chris, always goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide us exceptional service. He understands our business needs, and the requirements of our staff; to serve us better. And he continually goes out of his way to make things easier for us. He is one of the best servicemen we have ever had.

Our Sales rep Randy does an excellent job on a weekly basis. Very friendly, honest, and helpful. Goes above and beyond to make us happy. Would highly recommend Randy & Unifirst to other local businesses. Make sure you ask for Randy as your Sales Rep !

Our driver is amazing. He keeps us well stocked and is quick to try to resolve any issues we may have. Kudos to Randy! The office is difficult to deal with.....wishing they were as on the ball as Randy!

Our Unifirst driver at Valley Automotive is the best. He's conscientious and very accommodating with anything we ask of him. He makes suggestions that improve the product and the service he provides.
