Chapters

I love love love Chapters! They always have the books that are recommended by the staff. I like to see what they think is a good book. You can just hang out there sit and read a book. You don't feel as if you would be kicked out. It's completely comfortable and affordable prices as well. The staff are very knowledgeable about the authors and books. They can recommend books explaining what they like about the author and the book itself. It's a very nice store to visit.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They’re a smaller chapters but they have a great book selection. Furthermore, the lineups are never too busy here. In other locations I always have to wait a good 5-10 minutes at the cash. Here I can usually pay up right away.

Smaller Chapters, with less electronic selection (no Apple anything, small FitBit selection, one drone), and hard-to-find discount racks scattered throughout the store. Book selection is average. The associates are nice and not bothersome. There's a small Starbucks as well, with seven 2-seat tables and three comfy chairs. From what I've seen, you have to stalk a table to get one, but it may not be the norm (Sunday afternoon, 2-3pm).

Huge selection of books, gifts, cards, reading socks, and a lot of other stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff. They gift wrap as well. The person helping me was very patient with me..super sweet.

Love to read. Can spend a couple of hours here and often do. I like to go during the middle of the day. Between 10 and 2 it's quiet in there and I can really just have the place to myself.
