Yukon was having traction control issues one day before leaving on a cross country trip. Service manager Scott said they were completely booked but would try to work me in the schedule. One hour later the Yukon was done and we had zero problems on our trip. Price was fair and service was top notch!

The car buying experience the way it should be. Excellent customer service from the word go. Gary Gibson and Joel Mullett were outstanding in every regard. Gary has earned my business from here forward for vehicle purchase. He listened to what I wanted, and made it happen. Joel made "sitting down with finance", normally a painfully drawn out process with way to much paperwork, pleasant and expeditious. This is my dealer in the twin cities from here forward and I will be recommending you to my friends and family. Well done Valley Buick GMC-Apple Valley!

Called on a Monday morning to have my girlfriend's car looked at because it was leaking oil. Scheduled an appointment the next morning just to have them look at it to see what it needed. I figured they would tell me what's wrong and that I would need to schedule another appointment for them to complete the work. NOPE! they said it was a rear main seal on the motor which is a pretty big task since the transmission has to be removed. They have me a loaner while I was still there and told me it would be done by Thursday or Friday. I get a call Wednesday morning ( 24 hours after I dropped it off) telling me that it was done and covered under warranty! By far one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. We will definitely be returning!

Back in early 2016 I bought a new Acadia from them. The sales service was good in finding the best options for my needs. I really liked working with Brandon (he has since moved on to something else). On my way home from the dealership I noticed a vibration coming through the steering wheel when the speed was above 55 MPH (speed limit was 70). When I returned to them a day or two later after I determined it wasn't a road surface issue the service department took it for a drive and said it was normal. I didn't let that rest and studied the issue further. I drove the same model a friend had and there was no issue. I got a hold of the salesman who helped me and he took it out and said that it wasn't normal and that he would have service look at it again. In the end it turned out to be a bad joint on a drive shaft. That was replaced under warranty. Now I realize the drive shaft being bad is the factory's fault but, to tell me it was normal and waste my time is their fault. I called GM and gave constructive feedback about the issue for what it was worth. They advised I go to a different dealer for service. I had the SUV for two years and had a few minor issues like stabilitrak sensor errors (may have to do with the drive train they replaced). Every time I would bring these up with them it felt like they were blowing me off. In the end I sold the SUV to get away from it and them (no other close local dealers). So the reason for the 3 star review is the sales team was helpful but, I don't trust the shop had my best interests in mind.
