Luther Burnsville Hyundai

This is the second time I've I've traded in and bought a new car at Burnsville Hyundai and they are fantastic to work with! All the way from sales to finance it was an easy quick process and I was in and out the quickest I've ever been for any car purchase, new record! Marco and Leland are a breeze to work with, and so positive that it actually made it enjoyable! I also want to comment that the service department is top notch as well. Chadd is so knowledgeable and easy to work with and the online scheduling and maintenace is a breeze when you need to check on things or get in quickly! I bring my car in settle back and get some work done in the waiting area and in exactly the amount of time they say they will have it done they do.

Honestly some of the best service! Everyone was super nice, Chad got back to me about my car super fast and the ride home was the cherry on top!! I was planning on having to sit there all day and wait so that was super great!! And the gentleman that gave me the ride was really great and pointed out some areas on the way that I should check out since I'm new in town and told me about the extensive training employees do to work here, like how one actually went over seas to the main source!

With absolutely no preparation on my part, Joe @ Luther Burnsville Hyundai was able to help get me into a used car that met my needs, fit my price range, and was immediately available. Part of the "easy" process was Joe's professionalism and knowledge of the car itself and the purchase process. He was organized, prepared and helpful. I had a great experience!

We bought our first nice family car through this dealer. Linda, was the associate who helped us and she made it happen. She was also very honest about any cars history and made sure we were fully informed. The dealership also has great reward benefits and made the process very easy. We have got two oils changes with them and they have been fast and the service people are straight foward, honest, and knowledgeable. Andrew in the service department is awesome. I'd definitely recommend them for any services

The customer service at Luther Hyundai Burnsville is beyond excellent. John was very friendly and helpful in helping me selecting a car. He also made sure everything was perfect before leaving the dealership. Thank you John and the rest of the staff.
