This dealership really has their act together from end to end. It starts with outstanding no pressure sales personal, great back office financing people, and an amazing service team if you need them. I now have bought two cars from them, one in 2012 and then again in 2018. Each time I have great support making my decision and finding the right color and style I wanted. Most recently, they had to find the car I wanted and had one driven down from Duluth the next day at no extra charge. When it came time to discuss financing, the team made it easy with no hassles. Over the six years I had the 2012 in a few times for routine maintenance. Every time the care was ready before the time they said it would, washed the car, and followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was okay. Customer service can be a buzz word at other dealerships, these guys live it. My favorite part is selection of cars they put inside. It was a terrific experience! I would recommend the dealership, especially Linda, to anyone looking for a car. She made what had started as a stressful process, an easy and exciting process! Price was fabulous, turn around prompt, thorough and respectful. No one pushy, they listed to my questions and needs. She even sat in the car, after I purchased it, while I asked questions! Great service!

I just purchased my second car from Luther Burnsville Volkswagen. What an all-around great dealership! Every person that works there is extremely friendly and helpful. I have been to several other car dealerships and have experienced high pressure sales tactics; something that is a huge turn off for me. Linda, the sales person I worked with, was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable and at no time did I feel any pressure from her. She went above and beyond to make this a simple, easy experience for me. Roger, the finance person I worked with, was great! He was very personable and explained everything to me thoroughly. I felt that he was very honest and straight forward. Jay, the GM, is very visible and interactive. I could tell he takes great pride in making sure everything at the dealership was perfect and that his employees and customers are happy. The whole experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Based on my experiences, I will definitely be returning to this dealership for my next car purchase!

Took vehicle in for several issues 2 of them being horn not working intermediate and transmission issues. Was told nothing was wrong and was charged 120$. Have since taken it to a different shop where my horn was replaced and now since relocating to another state and took it to a dealer here and they found that my axle seal has been leaking for quite some time. Willing to bet that solves my transmission issues.

Great, friendly service. Probably the nicest car dealership waiting area I've been in! Dealership is a bit out of my way but I'm always happy to go and know I'll be well taken care of.
