Walser Nissan Burnsville

I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue from the Burnsville Walser dealership. I had not purchased a vehicle in over 9 years and was hesitant when I arrived. Andrew C. the sales consultant did an excellent job of helping me identify the car I wanted while staying in my budget. The facility was awesome and while I worked directly with Andrew through the entire process, Leo the sale manager was there to lend support and help along the way. They pulled a car from anther dealership and had it sent over that night, Brett did an excellent job on the detail and in no time and I was on my way. Great experience! I recommend stopping in if you are in the market for a new vehicle or even to look at the options. PS.my kids want to make sure I mention the free popcorn, snacks and hot coco so other kids know that it is a cool place! Cyndi M.

I had a great experience car shopping with Narin! He was very informative and told me about many features I didn’t even know the car had! He was extremely patient with me and made the experience very pleasant overall. I will definitely consider buying from Walser Nissan again; hopefully many years from now. :) I will be recommending Walser Nissan to friends and family that are car shopping. Jarid was also helpful. He stayed late when we were delayed by traffic and even showed me MORE features I did know the car had! Everyone we interacted with while we were there was warm, friendly and helpful.

My first time buying a car on my own. Matt was very understanding of this and took his time explaining all of the paperwork in in such a way that I felt comfortable and knowledgeable leaving with my new vehicle and a repayment plan in place. This was one of my first times taking out a car loan so as you can imagine I was a little nervous. Matt helped me apply to several different banks and even stayed past hours with me and my parents to find what would best suit my financial needs. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this location to others, especially first-time car buyers.

Jarid and Joshua were very helpful in helping us find the right car in our budget and with lower miles. We are driving off with it today and we think it will be perfect for us! Thank you guys! Update: We wanted to give an extra shout out to Joshua. We got our intrest rate lowered more with a larger down payment. We had to go in again and redo some paperwork with him a few days later. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and even got the break pads fixed without cost before we left there. We had the car looked at elsewhere for a second option on it and they found that the break pads were installed upside down. So Joshua got it fixed without cost and that was awesome. Highly recommended company and customer specialist.

A recently leased my second vehicle through Nissan. I love my Nissan Rogue! My sales rep Bryan M. was wonderful to work with! He provided great customer service! He was very patient with me as well, as I was trying to make some decisions. I have always had wonderful experiences at Nissan and share my experiences with others if they are looking for a vehicle.
