My husband and I had a great experience here from test driving through the buying process! We were introduced to Philip our first day test-driving, and even though we were just browsing, he was friendly, honest, knowledgable, and engaged the entire time. We left knowing that we would be back and requesting to work with him next time! When we returned, we were lucky enough to work with him again and ended up buying our odyssey, which we absolutely LOVE!! He walked us through the entire buying process and made sure that we understood all of our options without pressuring us in the slightest. He was very thorough and we felt taken care of the whole time. We would highly, highly recommend Walser and Philip!
We just bought our second car from Walzer Honda. We’ve worked with them both for used and new sales.nnThe dealership is spotlessly clean, even the bathrooms. We were greeted warmly and nearly immediately offered bottled water and popcorn. Little did we know how much we would appreciate those two offerings. We were placed with our sales associate, Sam, very quickly, who was quite friendly, very informative, and I felt very honest. We took him along for two test drives, badgering him with questions the entire time. My wife fell in love with a new HRV. They even had the color combination she hoped for in stock. Then we started the paperwork.nnWe arrived at 11 AM on a Saturday, and the two test drives and various introductions took around an hour and a half. After valuing our two trade In vehicles, each with over 180,000 miles, and going over all the paperwork, we were finally handed the keys to our new vehicle just a few minutes before 5 PM. The day felt long with all the necessary evils.nnThe sales manager, Joe, was particularly helpful and honest as he went over how they came to the value for the trade in vehicles. Well, the number certainly wasn’t what we were hoping for, but after he went through his explanation, it all made sense and seemed fair. The only part of the whole process that felt pushy was when they started talking about warranties, including rust proofing and paint protection, etc.. Mercifully, they could take “no” for an answer. Financing was easy and straightforward.nnOur freshly washed new car was presented to us at the front door. Overall, it was a five star experience.
It’s so nice that I met a person like Riley Harrison in Walser Honda, Burnsville, I had an appointment with her about the Toyota Highlanderused when we started the conversation I asked her if there was an option to buy a new Honda CR-V rather than the Toyota Highlander, and she said “yes” so I switched to buying a new car, so I am very thankful to Riley for helping us for our first car, and also to her buddy Melisa to assist us also, Thank you guys!!!! We will see you soon again to buy a Passport.
