This dealership was very impressive, clean and efficient. The service manager was interested in me and the work was done efficiently, I had to give them 4 stars simply because the work they performed for me, reprogramming a new key fob for me was so expensive. Granted I had lost the key fob but I still had one fob but that is not a good position to be in so I ordered a new one from them and they warned me about the expense but I needed an extra key fob however, $540.00 for a key fob seems like this is a profit center for dealerships
They’re charging $100 for an oil change & always overfill it - I specifically mentioned to the service advisor that my last oil change it was overfilled & if they would make sure this time it’s filled to the proper amount i.e., between the dots yet here again, they overfilled. Makes me question their quality of work & whether synthetic oil was even used. Oh and waited an hour long regardless that I had an appointment. Nor do they check & top-off fluids.
I scheduled an appointment at 3:00 P.M for an oil change. It’s currently 5:00 P.M and I haven’t left yet. At 4:30 P.M I decided to go ask the service desk to check on my car and see what was taking so long. She then proceeded to go ask the mechanics and came back to tell me “they got backed up and they are pulling your car in now”. Are other peoples services more important than mine to make me wait 2 hours for an oil change. Highly disappointed in how long they took to do an oil change.

Came to Toyota Service for oil change. I was told it will take 1.5 hours, but everything was done in 30 minutes. Thank you Cole , in this amount of time they even made a short video with car inspection.Services: Vehicle safety inspection
Have been driving the extra miles to Burnsville for oil changes as I never know when I'm available for appointments. Great service and the van keeps going!
Experienced pulsating at highway speeds on my new Corolla at 19 thousand some odd miles. This service center was the only center to do my tire rotation with every oil change. I trusted them to machine my front rotors. More pulsating before my next oil change. I took the car to my regular mechanic because the "Toyota Care" wasn't worth the other expenses. My mechanic told me he wasn't sure they machined them much if at all due to the coating that was still on the rotors. The Toyota advisor tells me it's my driving habits and there is no coating on the rotors. You decide for yourself but I am never going here again.Services: Tire rotations
Two words: Untrustworthy & Shady. Prius 2011. Was told 108 dollars to replace a headlight because one representative claimed that the front tire has to come off to change it.... watching a how to video on youtube helped me to change mine in 1 minute without a tire removal.
Deep appreciation & Thank You’s to your service dept techs who BUILT a muffler for our disabled family member’s handicap van. The original muffler was badly damaged & nothing to match existed. The techs’ skill, expertise & CARING brought relief & gratefulness to our family. What an amazing credit you are to Toyota, the community, your families. Again Thank You & Blessings to you all.
