No service at all , I get taxed on the money I make taxed on the money I spend taxed for my home and the service is still terrible incredible !

I came today because apparently the online verification does not work.  There's only another person and I and wait time is 1 hour!? There's only 1 representative taking people the other one just doesn't call anyone and her last customer left 20+ minutes ago.  I've been here for about 40 minutes and I or the person before me hasn't got called.  This service is incredible.

To my knowledge there is no way to contact the IRS and talk to a person, either locally or nationally. I spent the better part of an afternoon trying to get info on how and where to make an estimated prepayment using form 1120-W
