US Immigration Naturalization

Great experience. I went there to ask about my parents case that's still pending and the officer was very nice to us and told us the status of our case he gave us hope. We are still waiting though. I hope this new year will be it for me and my family.

I had an overall positive experience at the Buffalo Office yesterday: the personnel was friendly, competent and they processed me through the system efficiently. I was twenty minutes early for a biometrics appointment in the afternoon and was all set and done not ten minutes later. With all the negatives reviews here I left pleasantly surprised: way to go, Buffalo Office!

If only I could make a zero star here. I had several visits there and none of them had a good experience. The staff are reluctant to help and lack of relevant knowledge. Basically all they do is type your name and read what they search on the computer, and for other stuff that they don't know they say you can find a lawyer and they can do nothing. They wouldn't dare to say "You are not welcomed here" but it's all written on their face. I wonder why government should pay these people sitting there all day and only to turn their back on visitors.
