When I head Kimberly Schechter very unprofessional as a I remember first meeting her and walking into her office her telling me I'm going to have your federal case over in a month I'm just going to plead you guilty when I told her isn't it your job to conduct a level of Investigation I think she was shocked and didn't know what to say and I told her I didn't want anything but trial or a pre-trial diversion or a dismissal so I got the pre-trial diversion I signed it in the probation office and the very next day I called her and I told her I wanted to use my right and go to trial and she starts speaking to me in a tone very rude and disrespectful even laughing at me she violated my rights to trial because it wasn't even signed off by the judge at that point and then sarcastically she's like oh what you don't want to report to the probation office she started literally laughing at me when I told her no I don't want to do pretrial diversion probation but the point of this is she was just very unprofessional.
