Horrible horrible.. takes hours for customer service support. Even when talking to representatives they're not much help and have the meanest attitude, it's like they try to get rid of people quickly.. work effort. No words.. They always leave a notice saying they "attempted to deliver" knowing they didn't try. I waited all day and the mail lady gave me a notice knowing no package was delivered.... smh 🤦🏼‍♂️ 👎🏼📦

I generally have good luck when I arrive in getting prompt service. My issue here is the parking lot is never monitored and people park in the lot to tend to business at city hall.

Got berated by their counter staff for not having a slip when I went to pick up my package. The tracking info said it was being held at the post office so I went to get it... Then she said it was at a different office in 14215. I tried to tell her that I always pick up my packages at Niagara post office but she would not listen. I drove up to 14215 office just to be told to go back to Niagara office because that's where my package is. Some of these employees need to retire if they're going to be this crabby.
